Additionally, we'll be hosting a student teacher from the University of Minnesota after winter break until Spring Break. Please help me welcome Mr. Reeve, who is a trumpet specialist, comes from a family of excellent music teachers and has previously worked at Folwell with Band Project. Mr. Reeve will be completing his elementary music student teaching with Mrs. Mason after spring break.
This is the final blog entry for 2013. Have a restful and joyful holiday break!
Please encourage your young musicians to practice over break; two weeks is a LONG time to not make music!
If you have any questions feel free to contact me and/or check out the band website for more information.
Dear Mr. Needleman and ALL Folwell band students, parents and supporters:
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to working with all of you as much as possible! I've worked with some of the students after school with Band Project this semester and I've had a great time getting to know the kids that I've been teaching. I will do my best to learn all your names and teach you as much as you are willing to learn! Any parents reading this, I would love to meet you and get the chance to chat with you about your child. I hope all of you have a safe and relaxing winter break. I look forward to meeting you in January!
Sincerely,
Mr. Reeve ,
Student Teacher
